This website is published by ProVolley Academy. Using it means accepting the terms below. They apply to the website itself. They are not the terms of club membership, of a program, of a camp, or of any competition.
What the information here is for
Everything on this site is published for general information about the club: who we are, what we run, and how to reach us. It is not advice, and it is not an offer or a contract.
Fixtures, results and season records
Team records and fixture details shown on this site come from Volleyball NSW’s published competition data and are copied here periodically. They can be out of date or incomplete. Where this site and the competition organiser disagree, the organiser’s own draw and ladder are correct, not this page.
Dates, times, prices and venues
Session times, venues, program prices and event dates can change, sometimes at short notice. Confirm with the club before travelling to a session or a fixture, and treat the price shown at the point of registration as the one that applies.
Registration and payment happen elsewhere
You cannot register, pay, or buy anything on this website. Buttons such as Join Now, Register and Memberships hand you over to the services the club uses for that, and gift cards and the injury report form are also on other sites. Whatever you agree to there is between you and that service under its own terms, and any payment is taken by it, not by this website.
Links to other websites
This site links to organisations including Volleyball NSW, Service NSW, Sport Integrity Australia and Play by the Rules, links to the club’s Instagram and Facebook, and embeds maps from Google and Facebook’s own page plugin. Those sites are run by other people, under their own terms. The club does not control them and is not responsible for their content.
Content and copyright
The text, photographs, logo and design on this site belong to ProVolley Academy or are used with permission. Please do not republish or reuse them commercially without asking first. Quoting a page and linking back to it is fine.
Accuracy and availability
The club works to keep this site accurate and available, but does not guarantee that it is free of errors or always online. Where a page says details are still to come from the club, that is exactly what it means: nothing has been published there yet.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia. Nothing here limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
